Hi everyone,
This is officially my first blog posting, hopefully the first of many. I need to get to grips with the thought of having a blog page. WOW......!! I am on a technical learning curve at the moment and hope to be able to treat you to some pics soon. As John (my other half) would say " one step at a time".
I called my page Traceys Threads because I thought the name relates to my interest in embroidery and also to the threads of my thoughts which I hope to share with you from time to time.
At the moment all my thoughts are with my other half who is in hospital recovering after his operation today and I can't wait to visit him tonight to see how he is. If all is well he should be coming home tomorrow. I know that the cats will be please as they both miss him terribly when he's not here. They are both used to him being here all the time and providing them with food or letting them in/out on demand. Oh and not forgetting the stroking etc.
As I am writing this one of them is on the prowl and has just come into the living room to check it for any signs of John. I think I am going to have to go and give her a few strokes to reassure her that he should be home soon.
